Akasa Air announced additional flights to Prayagraj to meet the increased demand during Maha Kumbh in 2025. The airline will offer daily flights from January 27 to February 28 2025 connecting Prayagraj, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad via Delhi.

Akasa Air is also offering direct flights between January 28 and Feb 26, 2025 from Ahmedabad or Bengaluru to Prayagraj. This will provide pilgrims with convenient travel options. These special flights can be booked on Akasa Air’s website, mobile application, and through online travel agencies.

Akasa Air began operations from Prayagraj, India in May 2024. The airline has been focused on enhancing connectivity for events like the Maha Kumbh. The Maha Kumbh is one of the world’s largest spiritual gatherings and attracts millions of pilgrims. These additional flights will increase accessibility to this event while also reflecting Akasa’s commitment to India’s cultural heritage.
