This new offering shows the airline’s commitment to continuously improving its customer experience, and expanding its service offerings.
The airline will use its modern Airbus A350 900 aircraft, which has Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins to cater to the needs and preferences of their travellers.
Anand Yedery said:“We’re excited to introduce Cathay Pacific Premium Economy to the Chennai market. This new addition reflects our commitment to offer customers greater comfort. Chennai is one of our key destinations, and we are committed to providing unmatched service and travel experiences.”
The traveller’s needs have changed over the years. In the past, Business and Economy classes were not available. But now, with the introduction our Premium Economy cabin, travelers can choose extra comfort and personalised service, especially on long-haul and medium-haul flights.
“Our goal is to enhance air travel for our customers.”
The Premium Economy cabin was designed to offer travellers a level comfort that bridges between Business and Economy. It features ergonomically designed seats that recline more, have more legroom and offer enhanced comfort.
The cabin also offers a full-length calfrest, leather-padded feetrests and larger tables for meals and work. These features improve comfort while dining and working. The cabin features a personalised storage space to keep essentials nearby. The new entertainment system features Disney+ Originals, a user-friendly interface and a refreshed look.
