Dusit International signed a hotel management contract with Primex Realty Corporation. Primex Realty Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of publicly listed property developer Primex Corporation. The agreement will manage Dusit Greenhills Manila located in San Juan City (Metro Manila), Philippines.
The upper-upscale urban retreat, which is set to open in 2026, will feature 200 rooms and world class facilities on the top ten floors of Primex Tower. Primex Tower is an iconic 50-storey mixed use development located in a wealthy residential district, 45 minutes from Manila International Airport by car. The tallest skyscraper of the area, it will also house premium office and retail spaces, further increasing its appeal as an ideal destination for both business and leisure travellers.

The Philippines will see nine more properties open over the next 5 years. This agreement confirms the Philippines as Dusit’s second largest destination outside Thailand.
