‘Finca Fair is a private eco guest house in the magical east of Mallorca. In recent times, hundreds of guests have enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Finca fair. …. holidays, relaxation, enjoyment and sporting activities are not just for summer. They can be enjoyed in the autumn or spring as well. Winter also offers a very pleasant climate in this region, with a daytime temperature of 22°C all year round, a convincing reason why people love this finca on Mallorca.’

‘Sounds really great. What are your autumn and winter recommendations, your winter highlight?
Ray:
‘At any rate, autumn, winter and spring at Finca Fair are ideal starting and departure points for hiking groups, health or yoga courses or groups of hiking fans. Finca Fair is equipped with central heating, fireplaces and modern windows to keep you warm if it gets a little chilly. The sun shines on the east coast of the island for almost 300 days out of the year.

‘What is Christmas like on Mallorca?’
Ray:
‘Very beautiful and not bare and cold like in Germany. The almond blossom usually starts at Christmas on this marvellous piece of nature, mild 18-20°C are not unusual even on Christmas Eve.’
Oliver:
‘Ray, please tell us about your reorganisation of your finca.’
Ray:
Yes, I would like to. It is now planned to finally switch over to an exclusive Finca for retreats and seminars, workshops, courses, etc., which will include many exciting and enriching activities. With lots of exciting and enriching topics relating to health, growth, nutrition, wellness, exercise, …. Recreation, relaxation & holidays are of course always included. Organisers have already reserved the Finca Fair in July for their participants and were delighted.

Ray says: “The Finca Fair has a very good location for Ars Vivendi. (Eating, drinking and cooking healthy food, etc.). The large kitchen and the spacious conditions make it a great place to host a variety of events. The beautiful natural surroundings can be a great place to host courses for hobbyist painters, eco-holidaymakers or botanists and bring participants up to peak performance. There are many other topics that can be covered, such as art and handicrafts. This is for anyone who prefers peace and quiet to everyday noise and sounds …’
Oliver:
‘Who would you like to encourage to book your Finca Fair?’
Ray:
‘We are looking for co-operation partners (e.g. yoga studios), teachers, healers, artists, photographers…. . But other holiday guests who are interested are also welcome.
The plus points of Finca-Fair are definitely: peace, privacy, almost 3 hectares of land, a healthy atmosphere, security (especially now), unlimited ‘pure’ drinking water, good facilities, prices by individual agreement and group size.’
