Hilton today announced that it has signed a contract for its first DoubleTree Hotel in Siliguri Sevoke Road. The hotel will be built in partnership between Soonerio Hotels and Beekay Group. The 120-key Hilton hotel is set to open in 2028 and will offer the renowned hospitality of DoubleTree.

Strategically located at a junction between India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh, it is rapidly becoming a hub of business, tourism and trade. Surrounded by the Eastern Himalayas and renowned destinations like Darjeeling Kalimpong and Sikkim, the city is the gateway to these destinations. The hotel’s location on Sevoke Road is a major city thoroughfare that provides easy access to Bagdogra Airport as well as the new Jalpaiguri railway station.

DoubleTree By Hilton’s partnership with Hilton in Siliguri is a great opportunity to cater to a growing tourism market, and elevate the local hospitality industry. The new property will offer a variety of suites and rooms to cater to both leisure and business travellers. The new property will feature a variety dining options as well as over 17,000 sq. ft. of meeting and events space, a gym, a spa and an outdoor swimming pool.
