Air France is expanding their long-haul network by adding a new destination to the Middle East. Air France will launch a new direct flight between Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia on May 19, 2025. From May 19 to June 1 2025, three flights will be operated each week on Mondays and Wednesdays.
The full schedule will then be implemented for the remainder of the summer, with five flights every week on Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Fridays and Sundays beginning June 2, 2025. Flights will operate on Airbus A350-900 aircraft equipped with 324 seats (34 in Business, 24 in Premium and 266 in Economy).
Flight schedule (in local Time):
- AF684: departing Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 11:20 p.m., arriving in Riyadh at 6:25 a.m. the next day;
- AF685: departing Riyadh at 8:40 a.m., arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 2:20 p.m.
All three airlines in the Air France-KLM Group will be able to offer service from Saudi Arabia once this new route is launched. Transavia France connects Paris-Orly, Lyon and Jeddah to Jeddah from December 2024.
KLM links its Amsterdam Schiphol hub to Riyadh, Dammam and Riyadh. Air France and Saudia Airlines will strengthen their partnership with the launch of this new route.
