The Korea Tourism Organisation announced that it will be one of the sponsors for Chicago Gourmet’s highly anticipated Grand Cru presented by UnitedHealthcare & BMW USA. The culinary event will be held on Saturday, September 28th at Chicago’s Millennium Park.
Grand Cru offers a unique tasting experience in the heart of Chicago, with some of the country’s top wine experts and mixologists.
Hee Jincho, executive director of the KTO in New York, said:

In partnership with Chicago Gourmet the Korea Tourism Organization brings to Grand Cru the rich flavours of Korea and its vibrant culinary traditions, showcasing the talents award-winning chefs Bill Kim, and Beverly Kim.
Bill Kim will serve his mouthwatering Lemongrass Chicken paired with Somen Noodle Salad. The dish is complemented by a Sesame Soy Gochujang Sauce.
Beverly Kim will also present her signature Kimchi & Beef Yuba Bop. This delicious fusion of beef fried rice and kimchi is wrapped in a marinated pouch of tofu.
In addition to sampling authentic Korean cuisine, guests at Chicago Gourmet’s Grand Cru can also learn more about Korea’s unique culture and travel experience and enter to win a premium Korean prize package.
