Malaysia Airlines announced that it has chosen Sabre Corporation’s PRISM to power and optimize its corporate segment.
PRISM provides advanced data analytics to airlines by allowing them to create a more customised solution for their business customers.
Malaysian Aviation Group (MAG), chief executive Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, said about the technology:
“Selecting a good business intelligence solution will help us enhance our corporate travel offerings and drive business growth while elevating our customers’ travel experience. Sabre PRISM will help us achieve our goals by optimizing and streamlining sales processes.”
PRISM provides airlines with a comprehensive view of business travel while complying with GDPR and global data privacy laws. It is the only solution to offer a built-in reporting tool, API connectivity, and an analytics tool.
Sabre also provides PRISM clients with 24/7 self-service access for analytics and reports, as well in-house development and technical support. This support ensures accurate and timely data files and enabling custom development support for customers.
PRISM ensures a competitive corporate account management, and enhances customer experience by presenting better offers based upon the unique corporate travel requirements of each customer.
