Philippine Airlines (PAL), on Tuesday 3rd December, resumed direct flight between Clark International Airport and the southern destination Siargao.

According to a press release, the thrice-weekly flight will make travel easier for those coming from Northern Luzon and Central Luzon. They won’t have to travel to Manila just to catch a flight.

Noel Manankil is the president and CEO of LIPAD Corporation which operates Clark Airport. He said: “The inauguration by Philippine Airlines of a route from Clark Airport to Siargao coincides with the holiday season when many people are eager to reconnect with loved ones and discover new destinations.”

The flights between Siargao and Clark will operate three times a week, every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. They will use an 86-seater De Havilland Dash 8-400 Next Generation.

PAL offers 31 flights per week to Siargao via Manila, Cebu and Clark.
