Zibraan’s career spans 15 years of the hospitality industry. He brings a wealth experience and operational expertise into his new role. Zibraan’s journey has been marked by a relentless passion for excellence. His operational finesse and his ability to deliver memorable guest experiences have all played a part in his journey. Before joining JW Marriott Kolkata he held key management roles at some of India’s most prestigious luxury hotel chains, where he was instrumental to driving guest satisfaction, optimizing the operations, and achieving excellence in business.
Zibraan’s most recent association was with the Renaissance Bengaluru race course hotel. Zibraan worked with other prestigious hotels like St. Regis Mumbai, and Grand Mercure Bengaluru Gopalan (Accor group). He has played an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction, managing large team members, and smooth hotel operations. Throughout his career, his leadership in pre-opening, vendor management, staff development, and pre-opening roles has been highly regarded.
In addition to his professional achievements, Zibraan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Dadar Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai (2007) and an MBA in Sales & Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University (2012).
Zibraan’s new role will see him overseeing the hotel’s daily operations. He will ensure the highest standards of customer service and elevate the guest experience. His strategic vision and hands-on style will further cement JW Marriott Kolkata as a premier destination for luxury.
