Air France and KLM have announced that they will be increasing their flight operations to India during the winter months. From October 30, 2024 the airlines will offer up to 50 flights per week to Amsterdam and Paris Charles de Gaulle from their three gateways, Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai. This is a significant development that offers customers from India greater flexibility and options, especially during peak winter season.

Air France’s winter schedule includes the launch of two new flights, including three weekly flights between Delhi and Paris from October 30, as well as the introduction of a third flight, which will include three weekly flights between Mumbai and Paris, effective December 10, 2024, until February 17, 2025.

KLM will also increase its frequency from 4 to 6 flights per week on the Bengaluru-Amsterdam routes, and add a second flight with 3 flights per week on the Delhi-Amsterdam routes from January 14, 2025 to March 3, 2025.

The signing ceremony took part at the Air France KLM Group’s Paris headquarters, in the presence Arik de, Chief Revenue Officer for Etihad Airways. Angus Clarke was Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and Air France KLM. Etihad Airways and Air France-KLM are looking to expand their codeshare and interline agreement initiated in 2012 through this partnership.

Air France and KLM will operate their modern fleet on India routes, including aircraft such as the A350s, B777s, and B787 Dreamliners, for an enhanced travel experience.
