Sonesta International Hotels Corporation announced its new Sonesta Simply Suites protoype, a streamlined and market-responsive design that caters to modern extended stay travellers. The new construction model balances guest comfort and operational efficiency. It offers two scalable configurations, including a four-story layout with 122 keys, or a three-story layout with 89 keys.
“Sonesta Simply Suites continues to evolve to meet the needs of extended stay guests, and our new prototype is a reflection of that commitment,” said Bridget Rooks, Vice President, Architecture, Design & Construction at Sonesta.
With a thoughtfully designed prototype that maximizes space and enhances functionality while prioritizing guest comfort, it is a game-changer both for developers and travellers.
The suites are designed with an intuitive layout that includes ergonomic workspaces, in-suite cooking and ample storage. The public areas include a grab-and go market, fitness center and guest laundry. The back-of house layout improves operational efficiency by supporting streamlined staffing, reducing costs and enhancing the guest experience.
Brian Quinn, Sonesta Chief Development Officer, said that the new prototype of Sonesta Simply Suites is designed for long-term success. It offers a cost-effective, scalable solution to developers, while providing an exceptional guest experience. This launch is a testament to our commitment to grow the extended stay segment.
