Mazagan Resort has reaffirmed its commitment to women empowerment and professional development through the success of the second edition Women Leadership Program. The Women Leadership Program, designed to cultivate leadership and unlock new career options, has proven to play a crucial role in fostering female talent at the organization.

This year, 22 staff members from various departments took part in an intensive training program. They attended workshops that focused on six strategic pillars, including: improving guest experience, optimizing revenue, driving sustainability, ensuring financial health, accelerating the digital transformation, and encouraging team engagement and workplace belonging.

Mazagan Academy will launch its third edition, a program that will be expanded to include 300 employees in executive or supervisory roles. This edition provides a comprehensive leadership environment, enabling participants to develop the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to create effective strategies, cultivate a culture that encourages growth and excellence, and drive impact.
